Komforto introduces a new and unique service for its customers called 'my project'. A customer will have access to a personal page on the Komforto website with personalized manuals, tips & tricks, technical info and original manuals. Because the customer will only see the information related to his/her project it is very easy to find answers to specific user questions.

Komforto is the first company in West Europe to join the MCIA. The Media Center Integrator Alliance (MCIA) was formed recently to drive adoption and awareness in the custom integration channel of the Media Center ecosystem. Among its members are big industry names like Microsoft, HP, Intel and AMD.
Joining the MCIA will allow Komforto to share expertise and learn from other members in this new industry.
